      Licensed Fiba agentBorn and raised between Philadelphia and Miami, Josh graduated from Sy Syms Business School and was valedictorian of the James Striar School at Yeshiva University. He brings a unique blend of experience across venture capital, media, and international basketball. As the founder of @Hoops (100K+ followers), he’s generated over 15 million impressions annually and worked on brand development with NBA athletes. His previous roles include Head of Media at Athletes For Israel, videographer for the Israeli Basketball Premier League, and Research Analyst at Rensop Investment Group.

At Keter, Josh leads player contracts, affiliate agent partnerships, and financial strategy—ensuring every athlete’s future is built with intention and impact.

    Head of Player RelationsJudah Milgrom serves as a the co-founder of Keter, bringing a versatile background in sponsorship, NIL strategy, and athlete marketing. As Keter’s Head of player relations, Judah leads efforts to maximize opportunities for athletes both on and off the field. Judah’s experience also includes player management and overseeing player marketing for @Hoops, where he developed branding strategies for some of todays rising stars.
